In order to help you in making your decision, we have listed below the criteria for qualifying as a resident with us. • Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a current photo ID
• Application fee is $35.00. This is non-refundable.
• Security deposit of one month’s rent
• Verifiable gross monthly income
• Cats and dogs are not accepted
